The most important thing for a good ramen is broth. Broth is the base on which everything the ramen is built on, and the better your broth, the better the end product. From there, figure out if you're cool with own made ramen noodles or would rather learn how to make them from scratch like the pros. After that, it's all a matter of what other ingredients you want to add to it. Maybe Char Shiu? Maybe Kamaboko? Maybe cheese? Gotta experiment and see what jives with your culinary sensibilities
