Almost every roguelike has versions with tiles.

Depends what you define as 'decent' since top-down grid-based games have a pretty low benchmark for potential graphics wise.
For games with tiles I can reccomend:
Elona+, good sprites, can use your own tile set and there are plenty player made tile sets
DCSS (Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup), has an OK tile set that most people use
ToME4, I personally dislike the graphics since they're painfully generic and often get in the way, but the tiles are still pretty good
ADOM: Absolutely hideous tile set (in my opinion), though it might suit your tastes
God damn this reply box is terribly cramped, is there a 4chanX equivalent for 8chan yet?

does dwarf fortress have a non ascii version?
I have played and enjoyed legend of dungeon. I like the idea of a very hard game.
there is game called banished with covens which is cool but you respawn.
I wish there was a game that every character you made and progressed sort of changed the world but maybe only by selling ragged bots you made the merchant rich and he has a beeter selection or you clean ed out a nest of skeletons and now there are snakes there.

OP, UnReal World has solid graphics. There's already a thread up for it, check it out. It's not really a traditional RL, but it's still crazy fun.

DoomRL now-a-days has a tileset associated with it by default that looks good. It's somewhat lightweight game in and of itself but it's fun.
