I know you're all for Pagan Rome, just let me list Emperors with an opinion of Saints or actually cannonised in Christianity, as this topic interests me:
St. Constantine the Great (Opinion of Sainthood in Catholicism and actually venerated by Byzantine Catholics and monarchists, cannonised by Orthodox Church)
St. Theodosius the Great (Opinion of Sainthood)
St. Justinian the Great (Opinion of Sainthood in Catholicism, actually cannonised by Orthodox Church) alongside St. Theodora (cannonised by Orthodox Church)
St. Irene (Opinion of Sainthood in Orthodoxy, ended the iconoclasm heresy)
St. Constantine XI (Opinion of Sainthood in Orthodoxy, died as a martyr)
Pic related, depicting St. Constantine and St. Justinian together. Isn't it weird that Orthodox Christianity do a better job with honouring the Emperors than ROMAN Catholic one?
Please list more if you're aware of them.
It's kind of funny how Constantine was both Saint in Christianity and acknowledged as God-Emperor by the Pagan Roman faith.

Justinian did not deserve sainthood for what he did to those Samaritans, he should have just sent his troops after the Babylonian Talmudics from the east, and not harmed the Samaritans who were only mislead by their guides.
Both his troops and the Babylonian Talmudics were pic related.
