I think he is referring to the game pushing the player towards finding non-violent resolutions to conflict where the opponent is literally trying to kill them.
IIRC most of the combat encounters are explained in-game as enemies being magic, and emitting magic as they communicate, which inadvertently hurts the player character because they are human and less magic.
So most hostilities are misunderstanding. But there are points in the game where the opponent is quite literally trying to end you, and are initiating aggression, and yet the player is chided and shamed for not responding with touchy-feely fuzzy wuzzies.
The narrative also suggests that there are no situations in real life where the sides of a conflict have mutually exclusive goals and peaceful resolution is inevitable.
He might also just be sperging out about the fanbase, which is oversaturated with SJW types. This is guilt by association, but hey, Sonic, Minecraft, and FNaF are kind of autistic, otherwise they wouldn't attract such autistic people, right?
