Wew this is really fucking vague. All the binary and hex is turning up as non-ASCII/non-ANSI. Even in other suitable bases it's turning up unicode. The photos, other than compression are identical, can we get cryptofags in this thread? I'm already done.
This is clearly 3301, but if not, it still took a fair amount of effort.
Remember, the resources to solve the puzzle are often distributed among different parts of the cipher, no piece of information is of null value in this game.
