Personally I just try to distract myself with tv shows and movies that I've torrented along with browsing the internet and watching sports. Do you have any friends? Are you in a position to go make any?

I do like movies and music but only consuming them
I think that I get bored of them when I somewhat know them and then just kinda start disliking
I'm also extremely paranoid that they're talking shit about me and trying to fuck me over (this is because of stuff back from who knows when)
