Are these images all in black and white or does Pluto literally have no color?

Black and white. There's no colour camera on New Horizons; though they have a spectrometer the data of which they can combine with black and white imagery to make false colour images.

That's why tinfoilers love so much to point out all colour photos of outer space are fake.

Wow, why in the fuck not? Voyager was almost 40 years ago now and it had a color camera.

Why would you have to put a colour camera on it? Just for the fancy photos?

You get more data from a full spectrometer than from a colour camera. And it's three times simpler to make a black and white camera than a colour camera. After all, a colour camera is just black and white camera through three different colour filters.

Doing colour photos is, in eyes of an astronomer, completely redundant.
