the structure of glucosepan, as found on wikipedia and pretty much anywhere on the internet is bothering the shit out of me, imo it pretty much cant exist like this. that five membered ring is a tautomer of an imidazol ring but the imidazol ring would be aromatic so it should be much, MUCH more energetically advantageous.
