I've been working on this picture for a while and this is the latest version. It doesn't show the specifics of how to make a QR code, but does show the basic outline and has some fun facts.

The first site is where I first learned how to make QR codes. The second is information on Reed-Solomon error correction, which made a lot of stuff in the first link make sense, and the last link is a site I've never been through myself, but I've heard it is useful.
