What trends do you see appearing before you when taking a look at birthrates and correlating them to immigration and emigration?
If we assume that peak oil is a thing and we are already past the climax then we can extrapolate that data to predict some possible conclusions happening in the countries currently taking on large numbers of immigrants.

>Corporations will attempt to build headquarters/fortress towns near deposits of future valuable resources.
