Problem: We have a lot of huge Mega collections and archives of the /v/ Share Threads but you have to manually parse them by looking through each and every one of them. We lose a bunch of smaller contributions because they don't get posted into the next thread.

Solution: We take a link and print the contents of each and every file within. This way we can search 8archive to find the files. Also crosspost them to /v/'s share threads so they can be found there too.

I'll print an example below and do some work after taking a short break.

Even if this board be dead, it's still a massive treasure trove of free games. I'll never have to hunt for vidya again. Godspeed, lads. May this board live again some day.

Hey /scurv/, the cabin boys over at >>>/eternalarchive/ , /a/ , /tech/ and a couple of other boards are makin' a share project against TPP and we would like yer help

The fuck's this shit and why should I care?

As ye should ye the TPP will fuck over piratin' and copyright everyfuckingthing.

To counter it we started this, our plan be to hoard shit pre-TPP and then share it around with I2P.

==What do I do?=

We are still plannin' shit, so there are four things ye can do right now

>hoard shit

To share it afterwards. Eroges, doujinshis, anythin' goes.

>download I2P

Might as well get used to it now

>Suggest shit and help in the dedicated bard

>>>/eternalarchive/

>spread it around

We need as many m80s on this as possible, contact other small boards and chans.

Why I2P?

Because it's TOR on steroids. It's safer than TOR, it has more features(such as torrenting) and it's newer meanin' that be isn't called pedo net 2.0 yet.

Why bother, TPP won't do shit

Odds are it will, but even if it doesn't there will be a new TPP. Companies are "losin' doubloons" with all these pirates, do ye think they won't try to fuck us over each chance they get? We are now doin' what we already should have had: preparin' for the worstPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Ahoy, m80! Welcome to 8chan's vidya pirate board.

These be the rules all ye scallywags must adhere to under penalty of being b& walking the plank:

1. Stay on topic (of copyright infringement)

2. Non-vidya related torrent threads are allowed, despite this board's vidya emphasis (a lot of us here care about vidya mostly)

2a. Here are the current non-vidya threads: music: >>501 animu >>1228 porn >>3569 movies general >>6202

3. Metaposts should head over to >>>/piracy/, which is also owned by /scurv/.

4. Global Rules apply, of course.

4a. DO NOT POST ANY COPYRIGHTED CONTENT DIRECTLY ON THE BOARD. Post only links to copyrighted content. Links are likely legal, but directly posted content is certainly illegal.

5. Popular keelhauling is allowed.

GET plunderin' thread: >>3012 new thread >>5639

SO YOU WANT TO BE A /scurv/DOG:

This should be enough to get you started >>247

Posting Guidelines:

Don't be a moralfag. No one cares, and no one here is going to agree with you.

Well… be it?

Ahoy seadogs, at risk of bein' the cabinest of boys, I'm askin' about piratin' specifically tv shows from ettv on that thar pirate bay without botherin' to use tor or any other ship clokin' devices.

So, am I fucked, me hardy lads? Or hasn't the TPP taken over yet.

fef01c No.9643

>>9642

I don't think TPP has taken hold yet. That said, goin' after TV shows be somewhat risky but ye should be left alone and generally fine. Dependin' on where ye are, ye can risk it and see if ye get a letter tellin' ye to stop.

fef01c No.9654

>>9650

At most, ye may get a letter from yer ISP askin' ye to stop. I have not heard of them doin' more than that. As with most things, American shows are the only ones really risky. Anythin' else be a breeze and not a problem.

Yarr mateys, may I ask some help?

Anyone knows a good place to get stuff for CFW'd ps3?

Ever since I got sent to Davy Jone's locker from Blackcats due to gettin' into a discussion with a SJW on the forums(don't ask please) I just don't know where to search, and me rig's pretty much useless at the moment.

Also, I know about psn stuff, but it's imcomplete as fuck if ye want niche games, and it only has the trial version for most things.

I just wanted to find the DLC for EDF 2025, Scott Pilgrim and Jojo:Heritage for the Future, but the only version on public trackers are the trial ones.

779bfc No.9641

I use a combination of kickass, google, and psnstuff. That's very likely the same thin' ye use but ye have to be doin' somethin' wrong if yer havin' trouble findin' shit.

To find dlcs and some games i just google "game-name pkg" ex: street fighter 4 dlc pkg.

Doin' just this I've successfully found everythin' I've looked for.

Pardon me buycabin boyry, but i legaly purchase games that i have confidence will be worth it. however, DLC seems to never be worth it. are there general guidelines for gettin' pirated DLC to work with legit copies/steam?

Right now, TW:shogun 2 in particular.

f22fd6 No.9113

>>9041

you could probably just install a kraken on yer legit copy and pirate the dlc. i think it should work. however, it probably doesn't work for multiplayer. like, i don't think ye could own an original copy of the newest cod and then pirate their 50 map pack dlcs and still be able to play online.
