You should had listened to the first post made ITT, the SG version has no missing files, no install, and worked very nicely for me. It should work for ye too if ye apply update 2 and crack 3 correctly, but no one listens, people keep downloading shady repacks. Some of them got bitminers.

Mine runs, but it has a problem many others on steam and rockstar have reported. That being a memory leak that starts to stutter while driving after like 30 minutes of playtime. Just gets worse until the game crashes or ye exit.

There was some weird shit going on with that torrent causing me router to disconnect from the internet. I don't know how it be even physically possible but after about 5 minutes of downloading the torrent me internet just stops working. Kind of spooky. Now I'm downloading FitGirl with no problems.

I wouldn't trust repacks of GTA V for now. Even the RG mechanics one has data from another repack that had a miner. RG claimed to remove it but I'd just stick to the easy peasy SG version.

Weirdly enough I remember seeing some newer torrents than 2009 with razor's name, I don't know what's up with that. Since he was probably the leader of his group, maybe the other members continued his work.

I actually have a couple of repacks by RG Mechanics on me HDD, so far I didn't have problems with RG Mechanics and in comparison to other repackers they seem more trustworthy. me favourite repackers though are AGB Golden Team. Either way ye should be cautious when downloading shady repacks, after all russians and arabs make these.

As for skidrow games that should really be some imitator site, I never saw Legitimately Obtained Copyrighted Material groups use their own public websites like that. I wouldn't trust skidrowgames, and I don't think SG stands for skidrow games, I don't know what it stands for.

I don't know what to say, I got it from private trackers and they didn't tell exactly that be stands for skidrow games. Either way it's just the uncracked files so I don't worry about that. ye get to crack it when ye get update 2 and crack v3 by 3DM.

Check that all 3dmgame.dll be in yer game folder and not deleted by yer antivirus, and check that ye launch the game with launcher.exe.

Also, also, for update 2 ye need Social Club v1.1.5.8, make sure ye have that one installed. Other than that, no, it shouldn't ask ye to sign it, it should automatically sign in as 3DM in offline mode if ye got everything right.

Use launcher.exe and check if ye copied the update files and crack correctly into the game.

Yep, I got the original and it's pretty crash prone.

The only crashes I've had with the game had to do with the the trainer that ye need to run to get proper booty because the stock market be broken. Remove trainer problem solved.

I'm runnin' the full 60GB version that I found somewhere in Mega, with update 2 kraken 3. Me rig be a hexacore Xeon with 24GB RAM and a R9 280, with 15.4 drivers.

Full 60GB, update 2, kraken 3 here. I can't past the prologue because cops don't show up after I open the shutters. I Googled it and it seems to be a known problem, but there doesn't seem to be a fix. I tried downloadin' the dlcpack update but it didn't fix it. Any suggestions? I don't want to download a save and just skip the prologue.

I be installin' the xatab release that be posted in the torrent thread. It be takin' a good 5 to 6 hours to install. Durin' the installation, it installed directX or whatever, right? I guess I mis-clicked, because once it be done with that, it immediately restarted even though the installation be done. Now I can't run the game "due to an incomplete installation." Now I'm reinstallin' it, and it says it's goin' to take 8 hours this time.

I get a weird crash where the game starts off really choppy until it stops. Reboot and it be fine and smooth.

Then I also get the usual ones, the grenade+drive-by shootin' crash and the Blitz Play crash durin' the transition from Franklin to Michael. I'll try throwin' the bomb from the car as that be a way to solve it apparently. Failin' that, I'll just have to die three times and skip. Then reboot.

I've got the RG Mech. rip of the game as well, but mine doesn't crash nearly as often as yours does.

Mine has the memory leak issues (that are present in the paid version) and an exceptionally strange bug where it will CTD if I am drivin' in a car with a passenger and try to aim me gun.

Do ye have antivirus running? Did ye follow the installation instructions to the letter 100%?
