GOG ones are one-click installations bundled with DosBox ready to play out of the box. The raw isos are there for archival purposes or if ye like to fiddle with ancient DOS installers.

Redneck Rampage should work with eduke32

Blood has a total conversion for eduke32 (although, to me knowledge, the original files should work, but the total conversion works better, if I recall correctly)

I'm sure there's something for Shadow Warrior, but I've never looked.

I prefer the eduke versions to the original build versions just because of modern features like freelook, and because they tend to work better on modern systems (the DOSBox shit fucked up often for me), although I suppose it depends on how retro ye wanted to get.
