As long as yer 3DS be 9.2 or lower, ye just need a Gateway and run the browser exploit. Haven't done a version downgrade because it corrupts the saves for certain games, unless that be ever fixed.

I regret it, the game be as stale as a year old ale and the cops are just retarded. There's shitty physics and scripts everywhere.
The cops are literallly glued to yer ass, no matter what car ye use.
One star will take up to five minutes to go away.
I alerted the cops by drivin' quickly past an armored transport.
It's just lazy.
