I pirated Devil May Cry 4 since I'm gonna buy the special edition for it and to prepare myself for it, I wanted to replay 4. How can I get cheats workin' in the pirate?

Download the exe with developer mode enabled, works like usual on the pirated version.

What cheats? the only thin' ye may need to cheat for be proud souls, use Cheat Engine.

I recently downloaded the game and there be an .ini file that apparently unlocked everythin' except the DLC costumes for Lady and Trish, so, are those truly downloadable only or what am I missing?
