Only been busted once, on a site that be an admittedly obvious honeypot… Blackbox somethin' or other. It be a really new game too, just make sure what ye be downloadin' has already reached and long passed the apex of it's profit (and make sure it's in no way affiliated with EA) and you'll be fine. For anythin' else, it's high risk, and I'd definitely use a VPN/proxy in that scenario.
