Just ask for a downgrade if ye be retarded like me. I just went to a store and a guy used an E3 Flasher to downgrade it and he also installed the CFW, now I have to put the games but I can't find a good site to download them now.

What little I know be that apparently usin' any jailbreak firmware be impossible after the 3.56 update. ye need to find a way to get it back down to 3.55.

I bought an E3 Nor Flasher to force me machine back down to 3.55, which supports certain phat models and all slims supposedly. ye can find the info on which flashers support what hardware online.

Put the flasher in yer console, manually update to yer jailbroken firmware of choice, and conglaturations a winrar be you.

I got a 4.55 super slim, can I jailbreak this little shit? I have seen lots of sites that have the ofw jailbreak for it, some contain comments that say it works and then askin' how to get and put games in it but I also keep seein' people sayin' that its fake and the only way to be a pirate be to get a fuckin' ODE. Now I'm not sure which side be right but I'm leanin' to the side that claims its fake since I downloaded one of these to check the file out and run a virus check on it only to be met with a RAR within the RAR I downloaded locked with a password and requirin' a survey to get the password (which I know its balooney, I did not even tried).Now what be buggin' me mind are those questions: are of all these 4.xx ofw jailbreaks fake? Could there be a real one among all this bullshit? And what's the point of fakin' it? Brickin' the ps3 of fools just for shits and giggles? Lockin' it behind surveys even though no one even bothers tryin' to solve them because everyone knows they are bullshit(though I bet that some desesperate folks might have tried doin' them, poor bastards)? Stickin' PC malware in them? What be the fuckin' point of fake shit?

No problem. It's always worth a check to see if they've made progress on that front. I doubt anybody's trying.

It would be safer to buy an older model. They're not too expensive. Though ye might have to be careful about what firmware they're runnin' - I don't know details about downgrading. ps3hax has loads of tutorials and information.

I plan to buy an old one to pirate on eventually. It's cheaper than importin' games for me super slim and I don't want to shove an ODE in either (I'd only fuck it up).

oh boy i wish that would be the case over here where i live, all those years have passed and the prices have not dropped too much. The first thin' im gonna ask if i find an older model be what firmware its running, im not plannin' on buyin' blindly just like i bought this super slim thinkin' it be compatible with jailbreaks. I think that i can find a model that be already jailbroken if i look in the right places around town, it would save the trouble of doin' it myself, i just have to ask what CFW they are usin' and if its up to date, heck even if its not up to date i will just update it myself.

Similar to me experience (though I didn't pay for it, it be a gift).

Jailbroken ones seem to be more expensive over here. That's me experience, anyway.
