X360 has an "emulator" in the sense that it can load the Xbox 360 home menu buggy as fuck, and run light homebrew apps. No game be even remotely playable.
PS3 has no emulator, and every youtube video ye see showin' otherwise be a complete fake. There be no program to download. They don't even have the PS2 emulatin' properly and the PS3 be exponentially more complicated.
As for OP -
Gamecube ROMs are 1.5gb each (Mini DVD)
N64 Roms are generally <50mb
GBA Roms - 5mb
GB roms - 1mb
PS2 isos are around 4gb each (DVD)
Wii are typically 4gb each too, but the Metroid Prime Trilogy ROM I have be 8.5gb
Those are the only things I emulate so that's what I know. Multiply 4gb per PS2 game by the number of PS2 games there are and ye will need a fuck ton of storage.
You just need to look at "best of" lists and download everythin' ye think you'd be remotely interested in, not try to get everything. That's what I'm tryin' to do. Torrents are hard to find for GC/Wii since they recently cracked down with DMCA on the popular ROM exchange sites and cabin boys don't like to seed.
