What's the best place to get them from? I'm mainly lookin' for the Red Steel games and Dead Space extraction but there's a few others I want. Are there any places that still have seeded torrents, or be me best option fuckin' multi-200mb downloads?

Those games suck, don't bother. IPT has a good selection, and Emuparadise has ye download the entire ISO file at once instead of jugglin' a bunch of small .rar downloads.
