Hey /scurv/, the cabin boys over at >>>/eternalarchive/ , /a/ , /tech/ and a couple of other boards are makin' a share project against TPP and we would like yer help

The fuck's this shit and why should I care?

As ye should ye the TPP will fuck over piratin' and copyright everyfuckingthing.

To counter it we started this, our plan be to hoard shit pre-TPP and then share it around with I2P.

We are still plannin' shit, so there are four things ye can do right now

We need as many m80s on this as possible, contact other small boards and chans.

Why I2P?

Because it's TOR on steroids. It's safer than TOR, it has more features(such as torrenting) and it's newer meanin' that be isn't called pedo net 2.0 yet.

Why bother, TPP won't do shit

Odds are it will, but even if it doesn't there will be a new TPP. Companies are "losin' doubloons" with all these pirates, do ye think they won't try to fuck us over each chance they get? We are now doin' what we already should have had: preparin' for the worst. Even if nothin' happens next year, what's to say that it wont happen the year after?

Why /scurv/ ?

I guess buildin' a pirating-heaven might be a thin' /scurv/ enjoys

I guess I should mention that while TPP has not passed yet and there be a very, VERY real chance it can be defeated as soon as the House (for the Americans out there), people should still make an effort to not only do as OP and save everything, but also fight against TPP by lettin' people know about the wide-rangin' effects it has on all the various aspects of life.

On various boards such as /pol/, /tech/, /v/, /tpp2015/, and /tpp/ and so on ye can find information on what ye can do. /tpp/ and /tpp2015/ are run by the same person and it a good place to back-up and archive information. /ggis/ also be a good place to store and archive links and such. /tech/, /pol/, and /v/ have the most active discussions in regards to TPP and TTIP (the European version of TPP).

Obama has been tryin' to push this through the lame duck session and be tryin' to get a vote on this around/before February so there be not a moment to lose.
