Argh, there's more overlap...
I know it doesn't match all the data, but there is a strong correlation, so I'll say it anyway.
The sеxy rulе is approximately that the hue of the colour you get when you interpret the ID as a HTML colour code should be between 60 and 240-260 degrees. Anything outside of that range results in a ban.

I looked into hues because certain things didn't fit the simpler sеxy rulе I had in mind based on the correlation of the colours.
I'll state my guess:
The number formed by the leftmost two hexadecimal digits must be less than the number formed by the middle two hexadecimal digits of the ID.
For example, in 706e25, 0x70 is greater than 0x6e, so the post breaks the sеxy rulе.
However, in 8ffab7, 0x8f is less than 0xfa, so the post does not break the sеxy rulе.
I'm going to sleep in like 10 minutes so I didn't bother to check it, but now that the bans have been fixed, I have faith in it.

I'm happy to know this is finally over. That said, it was a fun round, and it even gave me inspiration which led to be designing an extension of the neural network artificial intelligence algorithm, that is capable of learning non-linear and truncated manipulations of data, making it able to find patterns including string manipulation automatically.
That wouldn't have been necessary, though, since even a normal neural network would've been able to determine whether or not a post broke this sеxy rulе.
In the end I did it with the help of a friend who pointed out that IDs have the same format as colour codes, which made me realise that banned posts were typically reddish or purplish and non-banned posts were typically greenish or greenish-bluish.
I'm already a god but I can't host anything at the moment, so I wish everyone good luck with the next round, whenever that is.
