ROUND 133

It's 11am and I'm drunk to the point at which I'm swaying back and forth and playing with my beard. Somehow I'm fixing still all of my typos. Perfect timing for a new round!

I'll make this a hell of a lot easier than the last one (I hope).

Let the shitposting commence (assuming anyone even still comes here anymore, I mean I stopped for a while)

>Kayo Dot

Doswing Anemone With Copper Tongue is a little bit like it, but also not really. Hubardo is another cool album of theirs, definitely my favourite (it actually has discernible structure and phrasing). Their latest is weird. Synthy 80's shit. I have no idea why. What do you like about Choirs of the Eye? They sort of have elements of parts of that album all over the place.

I'll think of some recs but I just have to ban espionildo first.

I really do think it's the better album, but yea I've listened to Ideas way more, Encounters is a great album, but what people say about it is pretty true, it's practically unlistenable. I'm glad you didn't mention Odd senses, I really can't stand that album, it's lazy as fuck.

>fat worm of error

I haven't heard this before, but it's nice, somewhere between melt-banana and yowie. I think I found caroliner through some thread somewhere about the weirdest concerts people had ever been to (oddly, masonna was on the list as well IIRC), if I can track it down again I'll link it, whole thread was a goldmine of weird obscure bands (Actually how I found out about jandek too, I think).

>what do you like about choirs of the eye?

It reminds me of what I liked about Mothlites first album, and f#a#, it has 'songs', but it's more a whole piece, part music, part noise, just sort of ebbs and flows, its more character and atmosphere than music. It also reminds me of maudlin a bit, so thats nice.

>the latest is weird

funny enough, same shit happened to mothlite. first album was great, next album was weird, 80s synthy pop nonsense, I don't know why bands to that, it's awful.

You might like Sajjanu and Dionaea for less angry stuff, and maybe Spanyurd, An Isle Ate Her, Behold the Arctopus and Psychofagist on the other side of that. That's all mostly techy stuff. Unfortunately I haven't found much oddball stuff other than Nurse With Wound, Fat Worm Of Error, maybe this other band called Infidel?/Castro! too. They're all over the place https://infidelcastro.bandcamp.com/track/involuntary-physical-response

>>14650

>CotE

You'll probably like Dowsing Anemone with Copper Tongue if you like the kind of shifting ebb and flow stuff. Most of the rest of their stuff albums are a bit more phrase-based (I have no idea what else to call it). There's also an album Toby Driver did by himself, and another thing he's done with other members that made a couple albums called Tartar Lamb (it's more classical-based music).

Also I haven't heard of The Dead C, actually. Which is weird, because they're from my city.

Every day we're fed new and often conflicting information on our health and diets; what's good for you, what's bad, what to eat in moderation and what to avoid completely. As a result of poor education coupled with laziness, obesity rates are rising like never before. Obesity has doubled since 1980, and in 2014, more than 1.9 billion adults, 18 years and older, were overweight. Of these over 600 million were obese.

So are we totally to blame for our ever expanding waist lines? Or are we being subjected to a barrage of misinformation and misdirection in the form of health advice and advertising?

Those of us that try to eat balanced diets and watch their weight are likely to be limiting or removing sugar from their diets completely, switching to "healthier" options like cane sugar, artificial sweetners and "sugar-free" options which are better for us. Right?

Wrong

IntroOn 18 June 1815, at Waterloo in Belgium just south of Brussels, the French Emperor Napoleon was defeated in battle for the last time. He had surrendered to European powers before, in 1814, and been exiled to the island of Elba. But he had escaped to Paris and gathered his army again for this renewed battle against the allied forces of Britain, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Prussia. Led by the Duke of Wellington, Marshal Blucher and the Prince of Orange, the allied forces of about 67,000, with 160 guns, defeated the 74,000 French and their 250 guns. Casualties were heavy: 15,000 dead or wounded from the 23,000 British; 7,000 Prussians; and 25,000 French, with 8,000 of them taken prisoner. Napoleon was one of them. He was banished for good to the extraordinarily remote island of St Helena, his ambitions to sеxy rulе Europe finally over. This letter, published in the Caledonian Mercury on 3 July 1815, gives a soldier's account of the battle.

bcc2f2 No.14831

“Tenho medo do desconhecido.”

“Qualquer fracasso irá me matar.”

yeah, since there won't be any administrative staff there, there'll be no way of actually enrolling in any classes. Also, I don't know what teachers are going to do about grades

36ebea No.14888

I completely understand why it's confusing. I think I've given enough detail about why one up got banned and another didn't. Like I said, you're probably not going to figure out the sеxy rulе based on those posts, and I was trying to discourage that from the start. In all seriousness, as soon as I get out of bed, grab my laptop, and ban this one post, it'll become obvious.

New Zealand is cheaper for Americans than their own domestic fees (which is hilarious), and it's very relaxed here.

it's not the cheapest place to stay in the country, but is full of mostly progressive, left leaning people, however you may feel about politics I'm sure a large amount of the population would jump on the opportunity of an exchange

You could always become homeless too. That's an option.

36ebea No.14893

Refresh the page, guys. Two new bans. Also, on the off chance either of you are the brown pill spammer, or were posting it for the sake of the game, I didn't think to ask until after I'd given it a permaban. My electronic mail's in the OP, and there's probably a form you can fill out for Hotwheels.

36ebea No.14896

>>14894

Yup. You win. The rule was no posting anything about black people (specific people, things they've done or stereotypically do, etc). The lyrics were being banned because they were quotes from a black guy, and one "up" post was in a different context. Both the albums I banned had a black guy called Forbes Graham on them. The board I was talking about was /pol/. Some posts mentioned places or events that have affiliation, but didn't specifically mention black people. So that guess is correct and not too vague. There are two black dicks in that test image. And I was assuming if someone started shitposting the word niggers would come up pretty quickly. I hope that solves everyone's confusion.
