I don't know what your views on civil liberties are, but I'm telling you that you're not a fourth way, you're well within the normal boundaries of the political spectra, and as shitty as those spectra can be when you're trying to get at the nitty-gritty of what your political philosophies are, I'm afraid that's not a 'fourth' position, those ideas already exist and they're more or less leftist. A certain flavor of leftist, sure, but leftist. You won't be best buds with every communist ever but that's what I'm piecing together from your rather Spartan list of policies that's two points long.
