1) Staff Powers
1.1) "Staff powers" refers to anything the /sen/ board owners and volunteers can do by virtue of being an owner or volunteer.
1.2) "Staff powers" include, but are not limited to: changing board settings; adding and removing banners and flags; renaming flags; locking, unlocking, deleting, autosaging and unautosaging threads; deleting and editing posts; deleting, spoilering and unspoilering posted images; banning and unbanning users; posting with board owner and board volunteer capcodes; changing board tags; changing board CSS.
2) Accountability
2.1) Staff may only use staff powers when authorised by an action.
3) Transparency
3.1) All use of staff powers besides posting with capcodes must be logged by the member of staff performing the action in a stickied thread (the "Staff Powers Log Thread") designated for this purpose.
4) Identification
4.1) Staff are to identify themselves with a unique and distinctive name and tripcode when using staff powers.
4.2) All posts using staff capcodes are to be posted with the staff member's name and tripcode.
4.3) The identities of the staff who perform each staff action are to be included in the Staff Powers Log Thread.
