EDIT: I have enabled flags so Upload flags here for me to upload onto the board because it says something about having to upload flags before enabling it and I don't want to break something

-Flags must be a maximum of 48KB
-must be in .png format
-11-20 x 11-16 pixels.
-A maximum of 256 custom flags per board is enforced.
