ON the plus side HW won't have to worry about maintaining the current software and can focus on working on Next once that happens. TL;DR: please take a rest when you need to. It might take a long time, so don't burn yourself out. I try to sometimes take a break by turning my anger and despair into productive energy. You can rest, play vidya, drink some tea, etc. The rest will still be fighting while you're gone, and because you have rested you'll come back to give someone else a chance to rest afterwards. Don't burn yourself out.
