Their case is basically that i'm incompetant and didn't clean the machine properly (when in reality the customer opened the SAME email they recieved which gave them the virus in the first place, I checked some log files). They also say i'm negligent because I deleted their backup (we aren't actually obligated to keep backups at all, we do it as a courtesy. Also 30 days is a long time and we only have a few terabytes of storage available to us which fills up pretty quick).

Muramasa is awesome. The art style and music are gorgeous, the gameplay is solid. The story is a little tricky to follow mainly because i'm struggling to remember who is what and where but overall its been the best money i've spent in a long time.
