Nice! An easy way to get used to eating something spicy like green chili is to make a stew out of it. Normally you'd use pork in the recipe but I bet experimenting with meat choices could mix things up tastefully. A ormal stew recipe for that would be about 900g of pork, 2 good sized tomatoes, 2 cups of either red or white potatoes cut into cubes, 1 1/2 cup of diced onions, a tablespoon of minced garlic, and about 2 cups of green chili but on this part you can put more or less to suit your taste. Boild the meat in 6 cups of water til the meat is done, you can brown it beforehand but traditionally it's done by boiling the meat. Add the potatoes and simmer then until soft, then throw in the other ingredients and simmer for about 15-20 more minutes. Add some salt if you like and you got some classic stew. It works wonders as a topping, if you make fajitas next time try having some stew with it and either smother them or dip them. Also and easy treat is to make the stew and get some tortillas, cook them, and just scoop the stew with them. I can't tell you how many times I've had just that and it's great.

In every Street Fighter I struggle against grapplers. Hugo, Zangief, T-Hawk especially. I just can't handle them. I get this picture in my head of what should work on them which just falls apart when they interrupt me halfway through a move.
