Getting 100% in that game is absolutely not worth it. It involves a lot of looking up in a guide where the very specific locations you have to place traps to get certain animals since they don't actually spawn during gameplay and abusing stealth camouflage for the tedious mission objectives that you have to do each twice for missions that get repeated. And, just to give you a slap on the face for actually doing it all, the silly costume it gives you as a reward for doing everything in the game still makes you wait a couple hours to develop it.

I feel like what MGSV should have done is not go full open world. It seemed to have been a kiss of death for the game.
Now, if it were a bunch of Ground Zeroes or Deus Ex 1 tier levels with the same world size as Camp Omega, leaving more for well designed levels, I feel like it may have worked out more in the end a lot more. Or if it had opted for the same Peace Walker/traditional MGS level progression. But hey, it is what it is. I may shit on it, but I can't deny it wasn't fun, and I did get a good 56 hours from it with another plan to start a new game eventually.

Character vs character battles are a bit tough. You have play it carefully, you can't go all out like in Burst. Also I wouldn't go for an aerial rave unless the enemy is stunned, and don't bother trying to pull off back to back aerial raves. Use dashes to dodge attacks once you are more familiar with the enemy attack patterns and try use ninpos to stack on the damage and stun them so you can get an aerial rave in

Little tip for the Xenobladers, if you kill something or grab a cluster of collectibles, exit the skell, then select Return to Skell in the party menu, the area will reload and you can fight the thing again or collect the stuff. Great for squad missions, since you can find the Tyrant(Red icon) and splat him the four to six times required yourself rather than hope someone else does some of it, without having to fast travel around.

Not really, it's not been a problem since I got my Skell. What can help is if you have treasure sensor gear, that will get you better drops from enemies, which means you might already have gather quest resources, so you can go down the board and hand in everything you already have.
If you can get some badasses by scouting, there's a cave on the Northwestern coast of Primordia filled with level 30 enemies, just crabs and flies. Go to FN 108 near Noctilum, run to the coast and head West, you're looking for a little inlet with sheer walls a couple hundred metres high, the cave is called Turtle Nest. If you can aggro an enemy and let your allies kill it, you'll get a bunch of exp, at least until you're high enough level to rush to Skells.

Anytime. What's your character's name? Friends show up in each other's games and there are bonuses for levelling up a scouted character, worth seeing if you get bonuses for being levelled up.
I'm level 52, so if you see Sneg standing outside your barracks or in your online lobby, scout him and wreck some shit. Be warned, he has the Violent Storm dual gun art that aggros everything within range if he pops it.
Oh, and make sure to have a Buster or Homura sword on your Skell for big targets, and one of the swords that gives an Art that hits "Enemies Ahead", BB Swords, I thing. Those can aggro or kill a whole field, great for clearing out missions to kill trash mobs.
