I got a Xboner just for KI and I haven't been disappointed so far. It's a super fun fighter. The PC port will only run on Windows 10 so if you don't have that then Xboner is the way to go.

I'm playing the Wii U release. Been thinking about buying the 360 version for collection sake but the Wii U one is as good if not better than the 360 version on a technical level and it also has bonus nintendo costumes that change the gameplay up as well. I think it also has japanese voices too but bayonetta sounds perfectly fine in english to me. I dunno what other differences it has over the 360 one but if you got a wii u it's best to play it on that

Don't worry about getting stone awards. Especially if it's your first playthrough. Seriously. I used to get so down about that but you can replay any chapter again and overwrite your previous award whenever you want. Just focus on playing through the game at least once. After that you play through it again with the knowledge and skills you've acquired throughout the playthrough. Also buy techniques and accessories and shit in the gates of hell. I recommend that kick that flings you into the air. I love punching an angel up and leading into that. Helps do a nice long combo

I'm actually against them being in the games because of two main things:
1. Expanding the roster too much will lead to characters being left out of the actual happenings, or to a shitty story. You can't throw 30+ main characters into a story and have it work. The Hebijo and Hanzõ absolutely had to be neglected in EV for the Versus girls to finally start living up to their potential. Imagine the clusterfuck of adding all of NW to a story in one go.
2. Resources. It takes quite a bit of time and money to make fully functioning characters, and that's just taking gameplay alone into account. This would either delay games into oblivion, or it would add a fuckton of DLC that will end up delaying future games. I believe it would simply bog down the series' momentum, which is currently pretty comfortably inbetween fast and normal.

And on that I also have to disagree. SV is a good game, but it was, in my opinion, the worst SK game disregarding NW for multiple reasons, of course. Not because Burst had better gameplay, but because it had a much more profound plot and because it fleshed out its characters. That was severely lacking in SV.

SK2 did that by only introducing a very small batch of characters, and it worked out fantastically. Naraku and Kagura worked out amazingly because the game could really expand on them without neglecting the previously established cast. In SV it just ended up slightly expanding upon the old cast and leaving use with new gals that, while interesting, didn't get the attention they needed to really work out to close to their full potential. Because of that I'm actually hyped for EV. I think the Mikaguras might end up just being… There, really. But I'm happy that we'll get a deeper look into the established Versus cast now.

Unfortunately I can explain how this one makes sense: narcissism. Lots of it. Sorry if this offends you, but it's the same reason some people cling to relgion: it gives them a way to shirk responsibility and say "I'm not a failure and a piece of shit, the patriarchy is holding me down!" It slots perfectly into the narcissism that a chunk of women are born with, and also into the inherent desire to help women that most men are born with although it just so happens that these specific men are too dumb to realise they're harming women overall. I'm under the impression masochism generally stems from a low sense of self-worth. And maybe this isn't true for other people, but the aspect that I'm particularly interested in is allowing someone else to feel powerful and dominant, not just in being hurt by itself. Yes, but also clearly. Take Yumi as the counterpoint to this. She's not a bad character overall, and she does develop, but the development is barely visible and while she reaches the end of her development quicker, she also doesn't develop all that much. Kagura and Naraku are developed slowly, but they definitely go somewhere with it.
Also, from what we know they're really just a mini-boss squad, so I doubt the Mikaguras will be all that interesting overall. Though I'd love to be proven wrong on that.
