It's pretty good. There's a bunch more bosses, roughly twice as many, and it's got some neat additions. You have a battery for your shots and special attacks instead of spending Syega for specials, so you have an incentive to not just blast the screen constantly in case something appears. You can also switch between Liner and Comet, so a misclick isn't quite so agonising. The second character is also far easier to handle.
Basically, if you liked the first, get it.

I was dissatisfied with Halo 4 and 5 for the way that they not only destroyed the multiplayer and turned it into COD/Titanfall hybrid instead of keeping it to it's own roots, but they also destroyed years worth of storylines and lore.
