Information & Rumors

The story is intended to be a continuation from an amalgamation of all four of the stories in Shinovi Versus

The game is to ship out as version 1.07, the latest patch is 1.19

Patches for the JP version have been reported to reach around 5 GB in size for the PS4 version and 3 GB in size for the Vita version, hope you have enough space on a memory card if you plan on buying the digital download for the Vita version.

The Ikki Tousen DLC is currently not planned to be released outside Japan. One assumption is that the current holders of the license for Ikki Tousen in the US, Funimation had something to do with this. Another rumor is that the license holder in Japan refused to give permission for an international release.

The Vita version performs worse than the PS4 version and there are reports of sub-15 fps when playing online modes on that version.

The Endless Summer edition of EV, the North American LE, comes with a pack of 12 cards. There are 6 packs, each one representing the 5 different groups in EV (Hanzo, Crimson Squad, Gessen, New Hebi, and the Mikaguras) with the sixth presumably being the DLC characters of Daidouji, Rin, Ayame, Naraku, and Kagura

A heads up to anyone getting the EU version. Until you install the patch you won't be able to use the sharing functions (screenshots, recording) for dressing room stuff, so be sure update right away.

I hope so man, I get the unluckiest shit sometimes like the disk not wanting to be read by my ps4 at first, having my controller mysteriously disconnect on full charge, and having the game crash after getting a triple stage finish with big-o yozakura.
