Yeah, I think it might be the PSU. I just tried replacing the mobo but that didn't work. HW is great fun, i've passed the story mode on it. Sheik is always a best and Linkle is a cutie. Pity I can't read the story (since it's Legends on the 3DS) but i'm sure it's good. You're right about the bosses, it's a nice twist on the Musou formula.
Oh really? The only downside I can say to DW8 is optimisation. It runs like ass when it gets busy on the Vita AND the PS4. In fact, when it struggles on the PS4 it hits FPS lower than on the Vita! But overall it's a fun game. Pic related is my best gal.

Honestly, this makes sense with some games. I hate levelling as a gating mechanic, it's pointless getting stuck doing chip damage to bosses when you can already get there, and if you have the skill to get there without levelling, you obvious don't need to be drip fed the full combo selection. The problem comes when you can't set your level lower for a handicap, like in TWEWY, so backtracking becomes complete arse.
I'm mostly salty about jumping from 1 damage per hit to 10 damage per hit against a boss in Ys 2 just from grinding. That's quite literally an order of magnitude more powerful for no good reason. so I may be a bit fundamentalist about this.
