I completely forgot so here's a really rushed redline with a description of the first issues I see.
Firstly, welcome to digital art- the extremely shaky lines give me the impression that you just got your tablet. If I'm right, don't worry those will go away in a few months or so. If not, holy crap get those hands checked out buddy
That said let's get to it. This is an extremely lazy redline so I made my own set of errors too. I have numbers for you to follow on it, though.
1) His proportions are way off. He looks like he's 18 and Gon is supposed to be like 12 or 11 or some shit, right??? His body is far too large for his head to be a 'shota'. Now, trying to find proportions for STYLIZED JAPANESE PRETEENS can be hard, I know, so here's two things you can do, both of which you should give a try- a) Learn real life proportions for all body types, not just the one's you're interested in. There are tons of guides for this, just look up "body proportions" in google and you'll get a shitload. b) Take what you learned from normal proportions and use it to learn from your favorite artists or characters. Redline their works to learn proportions- just don't post it, it's not your work to post.
2) This is a bit more of an advanced issue and it's moreso a fundamental issue I found while trying to fix this one. There are parts of his body (his head and neck) that feel like they're trying to look one way, while other places (chest and stomach) are trying to face another. This isn't easy to fix though- you need to learn "shape and volume" and later, "dynamism". I'll link a really good set of easy to understand tutorials on both concepts.

The second one is actually a much more mentally involved tutorial. I seriously reccomending reading alot of his stuff though. Great help.
3) Ultra Tiny legs. This sorta plays back into learning proportions though. They were so tiny, I originally thought it was supposed to be a top-down sorta-dynamic view. If that's what you were going for, again, study shapes. Either way, study shapes, dynamism/line of action, and proportions. Those are your current choking points it seems.
4) Avoid doing that shit where you hide the hard to draw body parts. If you never approach them, you'll never learn them. If you approach them slowly, you'll learn them slowly. Throw yourself at hands and feet and learn to fail (and then learn to learn from failing). The cowardly look is super cute but it doesn't even really work on Gon anyways, so hiding his hands isn't the best move.
Well here's a few tips for you anon- and don't be too bogged down- for a new artist (???) it's actually pretty good. Keep at it man, and I can explain anything I said here if you need.
