There's not much to administrate when it's so slow, but the owner must be regularly logging in because the board isn't on the claims list. It'd be nice if they deleted the CP spam though, the globals are way too fucking slow about it.

there's no use for boards like this anymore. all the content is centralized on pixiv and sadpanda. if you want to look at reposts of reposts of reposts and read the same stale text posts then sure, imageboards are great for shota. it's not 2006 anymore.
