Not really. With mesh avatars and advanced lighting it's possible to make ok looking goo girls now though. I'd recommend one of the older versions of the AV2 (in the extras box) something from before Uti started overlapping parts. Add a semi transparent texture, some goopy looking normal maps, and spec maps, and you've got yourself a decent goo base.
