if you want conversations you should go to active sims where arguing happens often. Infohubs like korea1, ahern, violet are very good. Popular stores like annie may haven are decent to watch people sperg out too. Then there's biker sims and gor sims, you will always find retards there that are easy to upset.
You can also play the 2 dots game: Find a Linden homes area, look on the map for two dots on top / close to each other and tp on them. Chances are it's pubbies fucking.
If you want to see/annoy/argue with disgusting furries then go to depravity, erebus, northstar and the valley sims, like ryu valley.
Advanced memeing happens in places like Mage, Rude or Outrun.
