So while I was at the mass of prims that was his "Base" or whatever the fuck for his "Military", I met a few of his friends, and they were pretty much in the same boat with me or just putting up with him so they had a place to build their shit or have a home. No one really liked the guy, and I was about to learn why.
So I had seen a sergal that was actually well put together buff but not the ultimate cringe that was Exavier's body. So I took a few snapshots and decided to build a female version of this sergal's av. Already had most of the parts, just needed to buy the hair and I was set.
So I'm nearing the completion of this av and Exavier wants to TP to me. So, I TP him. He says "Oh that avatar looks familiar" and I tell him about the sergal av I saw and about how I was remaking an altered version, and improving the base design by using the Daenotaur parts to replace the arms and legs for a cleaner design. He then says something retarded about how he can drag and drop a texture onto my avatar and saying how only someone who made the texture can do it (When he didn't realize that you can do that with most viewers and have it only visible on your end.) So then he leaves, but not before telling me I should be using the body he was selling. I finish up by adding facial piercings and studs to the harness. Also being friends with the person who made the base to the body I used, I was able to get a new version of the thong that was made for it, so that was another improvement.
So I meet up with the dude I based the av on and we hit it off, he really loved it. We even decided to RP bro and sis, it was friggen awesome.
So then Exavier catches wind of this and he decides that us having fun wasn't good for him, detracted attention from him. So he contacts him and tells him I copybotted the av from him. Naturally he doesn't believe it, IM's me asking if it was true. The only thing I did get not quite usually through cache diving was the texture I used for the sleeves of my av (Found the original creator and paid them for the texture afterwards). I then told him to swing by and inspect my av to be sure. Sure enough, all parts from different people aside from the full perm stuff I used.
So Exavier tried creating drama to ruin a friendship and damage my reputation (A few of my friends also got IMs from him and pretty much told him to right the fuck off) I even went to do research on copybots, finding out how shit they can be at their job, can't copy mesh which my av uses, oftentimes not being able to attach shit properly, and not being able to copy scripts. So why he would accuse someone of using a copybot is beyond me, let alone one of his "friends". To sell his shitty body mods? Jealousy people are having fun without any of his involvement? Beyond me.
Not a "Personal Army" thing, but if you do see him, this is justification to make fun of him all you want. Fuck him and his Man-Bear-Pig.

Alright, it's been a while, but I came back with a bit more information I just remembered after reading this thread again.
Now I was in my cyber-dragon avatar at the time that I had just finished. So he started making his "Suggestions" on how to make it better. First and only, it needed plantigrade feet. Reason? None given. However, he began pushing me to make an avatar in HIS point of view.
Like I said, I barely knew the guy. But for an hour straight he pestered me about how he wanted me to make a sergal av with his butt-ugly proportions and he was "willing to sell" me a copy of his "Muscle kit" and had been bragging about how he was going to make it sculpted and sell it (Bare in mind, this was about four or five months ago, and a ton of actually GOOD kits were out already as well as mesh kits.)
Spoiler alert: He never converted his muscles to sculpt because he's too lazy to learn to convert that shit. His building skills are horrible, simple angular shapes. I'm going to be rooting around my landmarks to see if I have one to his "sim" where it's virtual eye torture
