Philbin was only mediocre. He was the type of coach who will achieve exactly what you would expect from a team. He's had mediocre squads that he took to mediocre records, and now that he got a talent-depleted roster, he went 1-3 and didn't even get the chance to get to 3-3 against shitty AFC South "opponents".

Tannehill is not the problem. He sure as hell is not the solution, but he's not the problem. He's a serviceable quarterback who could do well in the right situation.
