The Nests are making me pissed as fuck. They are doing everything they can to give the Celts Ben Simmons and are making Bill Simmons happy as fuck. Fuck the Celtics.

Jahlil Okafor so far compared to other rookies:
19.9 PPG (1st)
6.9 RPG (4th)
1.29 BLKPG (2nd)
It looks like Okafor should be ROY if he keeps it up

Yup, and Porzingis. Willie Cauly-Stein had a good game recently too with 17pts and 9 rbs. I'm very happy with how many good players are coming out of the draft as it is great for the game. I think this draft is better than the Wiggins and Embiid draft that was supposed to be the best one in 10 years

The Lakers drafting Russell over him was an unforgivable act.
No.253691
Hey Dots, I was wondering how it is the Nests rebuild. I was trying to come up with a future path with them. The real problem killing them is the Celtics trade.
Nests Draft Picks the Next 4 Years:
2016
>(1st Round Pick Owed to Boston)
>2nd Round Pick (Possibly may go to Clippers)
2017
>1st Round Pick Swap with Boston (if Boston has a better record they can choose to swap their worse pick for Brooklyn's)
>(2nd Round Pick Owed to Atlanta)
2018
>(1st Round Pick Owed to Boston)
>(Has Two 2nd Round Picks but they are owed to Charlotte and Philly)
2019
>1st Round Pick
>(2nd Round Pick Owed to Charlotte)
2020
>1st Round Pick
>(2nd Round Pick Owed to Philly)
This means that over the next 4 years, Brooklyn has 0 2nd Round Picks and does not own their own 1st Round Pick until 2019. With the current team they have how do you rebuild?

I'm from South Jersey and had already decided to transfer to Ohio State when the last draft occurred so Russell being from OSU I wanted the Sixers to take him (also before we knew that Embiid reinjured himself). Now I am glad that you guys took him.
For what its worth, I don't think Russell as a player was a bad pick even now. The problem is that they aren't letting him have the ball and run the offense. Kobe is stunting his development.
No.253696
Well, the Sixers are 0-8, but Nerlens Noel was out so that was a key guy missing. On the bright side Okafor matched his season high of 26 points. He also had 7 rebounds.

Its not good at all. Basically through free agency. Cap is going up contracts going off the books. Sign young unproven players with some potential and midlevel vets. Unless Brook Lopez becomes the Kareem going to be mediocre for awhile. Nets fucked up so badly trying to trade for a ring instead of building towards one. Fuck Billy King
