Plasma guy here, sometimes it's fun to go over board with something. Unless it's board destroying spam (aka when somebody made like 50 threads in a row for no reason) there shouldn't be moderation. It's so easy to bump the threads you like and ignore the ones you don't.

Remember when we used to have somebody spam the board every late night and by the time us americans woke up some early riser anon would have bumped/started actual /sp/ threads again? There was nothing wrong with that and the criket threads pretty much fall in the same vein. They happen over night, let the aussies and late night autists have their fun and just make the front page look as you wish it to once your awake.
