IMO, this board should be directed towards Spanish as a whole . Larin Americas, the Islands (Dominicans, Cubans, Puerto Ricans, etc.), and Spain.

I, as the owner (don't want to login just to capcode, though) totally agree. When i was learning Spanish in school, at least every other week we would discuss a bit about a part of the culture; one of our projects was also writing down a recipe in Spanish of something from the Latin Americas and making it. I made home-made tortillas and then had 10/10 breakfast burritos!
