i like the dub more than the sub

YouTube embed. Click thumbnail to play.
You don't get gems like this in the sub

 No.61

I didn't watch the dub because what I downloaded had sound issues and would only come out of one ear.

I'm glad I watched the sub. I enjoyed it more.

kamina just sounds so much more manly in the sub

Definitely.

True. But the dub translates the jokes better, I definitely prefer it.

Not to mention Leeron's dub voice sounds extremely homosexual, it's hilarious. Whereas in the japanese version, if his voice was meant to be effeminate it doesn't sound that way to an english speaker unaccustomed to subtleties of japanese voice tone.

His voice was incredibly effeminate, are you retarded?

 No.109

Is Simon pronounced "SAI-MUN" in the dub?

Also, is Steve Blum in the dub?

He plays Leeron.

I agree, also the subs "Giga Drill BreakER" was nicer to hear than "Giga Drill Break" from the dub. Something about the "er" adds a lot of oomph to it
All that said, I still prefer dub.

>Something about the "er" adds a lot of oomph to it
Getting a dragged out, guttural yell from something ending in something hard like the letter K is much more difficult than the softer, "er".

Silly that they dropped it, anyway.
