By portfolio, I mean her body of work, which is actually quite large. If you search for "Taboo Mom Natasha" on empornium, or motherless, or even lobstertube, you'll probably find plenty of her work.
The character she plays is particularly realistic, compared to the characters that Tara Tainton and Kelly Hart play. Taboo Mom Natasha's character seems substantially more sexual, and less maternal. More flawed, and more realistic. The character is what we see in the JOI videos. The women doing those aren't talking to an actual boy behind the camera, they're playing a role.
I did a very long writeup of it once, on 7chan, so I guess I'll just post that here. This was written in February of 2014.

I was thinking today about Mother/Son JOI videos, and what separates the good ones from the bad ones. It's not just looks. I think there's a certain feeling, a "maternal love" feeling, that needs to be a part of the production. Kelly Hart does this very well. She plays an idealized, almost "perfect" mother figure. Beautiful, busty, patient, milky, unconditionally loving, and with really excellent dental hygiene. She calls the viewer by a number of pet names; darling, sweety, honey, etc. When she discusses the "father" of the scene, it's always in a sad tone, as if he died, and you are her last reminder of him. Almost like she needs you to be strong for her.
Part of being a "good" mother is loving the father. Obviously, she can't "love" the father and be sleeping with the son at the same time, so the father needs to be taken out of the picture somehow. Kelly Hart does this in a very elegant way that manages to retain her dignity and standing as a "good mother", while still presenting her as a sexual being. She has a sexual side, of course, we all have needs, but it's not presented as a weird kink, it's presented as maternal love being expressed sexually.
Taboo Mom Natasha takes a very different approach to her videos. Her character is more flawed, more realistic. She is horny, kinky, dominant, self serving, vindictive, and often quite short tempered. The father is generally still in the picture, but is despised, denigrated, and ultimately cuckolded and replaced sexually by his own son. He has been tossed aside and replaced (by the viewer) sexually and emotionally, but not financially.
She, unlike Kelly Hart, is a "bad mother", willfully disposing of the father, and turning to the son for her sexual and emotional needs. She is a taker, not a giver. This situation can create a certain unease in the viewer. The viewer is forced to imagine himself betraying his father, indulging his mother as she disposes of her former mate. Will she dispose of the viewer next?
Kelly Hart's love feels maternal, unconditional, natural, and quite genuine. Natasha's love feels cold, forced, and extremely conditional. You get the feeling that Natasha would get rid of you too if you failed to please her sexually. It could be argued that the differences between these two approaches can be attributed to differences in genre, light domination vs. heavier domination. This, however, doesn't account for the undercurrent of what is called "Covert" or "Emotional" Incest that pervades Natasha's work. Covert Incest, in our context, is essentially when a mother uses her son as a sort of "surrogate husband". Hugs that go on and on, long talks about her co-workers, constantly hearing about how "you're the only one who understands me".
Usually the relationship between the mother and father will be falling apart, and often the mother will be abusing a substance as well. Now, obviously, physical and emotional incest are going to be linked, and in a video depicting physical incest, especially a JOI type of video, there is going to be some level of overlap. However, the consistent denigration of the father character creates an atmosphere of Emotional Incest, and paints a picture of Natasha as a succubus who deals with relationships in a very unhealthy and abusive fashion.
Overall, Kelly Hart's videos are calming, because they are unrealistic. They present the incest as simply an extension of the natural maternalism that all mothers feel for their children. Natasha's videos feel unsettling because they are too realistic. Real incest is not sexy. It is abusive, and it leads to both delinquent, and in extreme cases, sociopathic behavior.
Kelly Hart's videos are what we wish pedomoms would be. Natasha's videos are what pedomoms actually are.
