Onee-chan ga Kita is an anime with some very mild /ss/ elements. It's about a brocon high school girl, and her somewhat high-strung little brother. It's decent, but it's one of those '3 minute episode' deals, so I think the entire thing is over and done in something like 30 minutes. No sex, but it is pretty cute.

I'm wondering that myself. I've seen a couple of movies that featured scenes where women would strip in front of kids, and then get in bed with them, but they were filmed in a way that only made it seem like the kids were watching them. In reality, they were in different rooms, and when they were together, they were both fully clothed. It was all just camera tricks. These are not camera tricks.
It's crazy that they were able to find mothers that were willing to let their boys do this, women who were willing to have their names associated with these types of films, and a government that was willing to clear something like this for release. I mean, I think the blonde kid in >>3641 is actually a midget, but that dark haired boy looks like an actual kid.
I think a lot of these are classified as 'coming of age films', and that genre generally features some level of teenage/preteen sexual discovery. So you could say these scenes are part of your 'artistic vision'. In a country where the government has had a sordid history of suppressing art, you might be able to pressure them into letting you do whatever you want. Especially since /ss/ is such an 'accepted' concept.
