Hello potential friends, has anyone here solved the Star Wars Battlefront 2 problem? It crashes when you try to run it. There are lots of fixes online for it but has anyone found an unofficial patch to fix it or something?<t

I bought it from steam, potential enemy. No pirated shitty .iso files here thank you. Game will play perfectly if I disable sound in the options tab, but who wants to play a game like a deaf mute?!

have you tried any of the fixes online for it? an unofficial patch is unlikely if it's a problem that can be fixed in an .ini file or by updating your graphics drivers or what-have-you.

Something that solved problems in more than one game, and I'm not saying it will help, but it really surprised me that it solved my problems: Make sure file and printer sharing is turned off.
