Jotaro has a problem that he doesn't necessarily develop much in the story. His character is more or less the same from beginning to end. That's probably because part 3 doesn't just focus on Jotaro. It actually puts focus on other characters, which I think is a plus.
And of course he let's his stand do everything, he controls it! I'd be using it too if mine was like that…or if I had any stand.
