Misery 2.0 has it for sure. Though I think it's a rare or unique weapon like the H&K UMP45; you might have to gewgle around to find out how to get it in-game.
Misery 1.0 … maybe.
I've played most of Lost Alpha and I don't remember seeing it.
Some info on the obrez I remember from a halfchan /k/ thread a while back:
- With the cut barrel, the gunpowder in the cartridge does not have time to burn completely before the bullet leaves the muzzle. This makes for a brighter muzzle flash. I remember seeing a video someone made with one in twilight conditions, and there was a large fireball licking out of the barrel with each shot.
- The cut barrel also means that the bullet has not been stabilized nor begun to spin appreciably when it leaves the barrel. As a result, it has an erratic flight path and tends not to hit the target straight-on. Since it is a rifle bullet, it is fairly long/slender/aerodynamic. A shot with an unmodified mosin at short range would fly right through the target; a shot with an obrez would yaw violently and pass through the target… sideways. This is similar to wound patterns seen by american soldiers in vietnam using early M16 rifles that had an inadequate rate of twist in the barrel rifling for the ammunition they used. Accuracy was shit but the terminal ballistics were devastating.
