I also bought it but granted it was on sale for $40. I liked it more than I thought I would. Reached level 50 bought a shadow trooper and twilek rebel. Received the Season Pass as a gift for Christmas. Good fun especially with friends talking about how Rey inherited a lightsaber that was used to kill younglings

I could have gotten Battlefront the older ones. Battlefront 2 which is considered the best I dunno never played a game in the series. However it released the same day as Revenge of the Sith DVD which was my favorite movie ever as a kid. Still my favorite movie out of all seven I asked my mom if she could buy me both. She said no. I can only pick one. I chose The Revenge of the Sith DVD which I still have. Anyway I might pick up the new one though.

with the first game only focusing on the ot era, and most likely future games will repeat this "one era per game" feat (expect a game based around the clone wars and a game based around the sequels), not to mention a season pass equal to the launch price and content available on launch (considerably small amount of maps, hardly any locations, next to no singleplayer content and too many game modes that are dull) and constant shill marketing (pre-order now, buy the season pass).
what i hope for is that they don't make battlefront 2 have both ot and pt, because that will really be milking it.
