Of course it wouldn't look right in Mos Eisley. Mos Eisley is a scummy spaceport on a backwater world where everything is fucked to hell and back. ANYTHING that actually looks "nice" wouldn't fit there. I mean even the Falcon, the fastest ship there, was a piece of pure shit visually as far as most people were concerned.

This part of the galaxy is clearly meant to be someplace reasonably fancy. So it has a fresh coat of paint and people who look reasonably well dressed.
